By opting into Blissful Media's SMS program, you consent to these SMS Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll in or use our SMS services.

Blissful Media does not charge you for SMS messages. However, standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. You are solely responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.

• Boost Mobile
• Cricket Wireless
• U.S. Cellular
• And other participating carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt out of our SMS program at any time using any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Your phone number will be added to our suppression list. Opting out of SMS messages does not cancel any other services you have with Blissful Media.

By using our SMS service, you agree not to:

• Transmit spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Impersonate any person or entity

• Share account access with unauthorized parties
• Engage in any illegal activities

Your use of our SMS service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• We do not sell your phone number to third parties
• We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data
• You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or immediate message delivery. Device compatibility is not guaranteed for all models. Blissful Media reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when feasible.

You must have a text-capable mobile device with an active carrier plan to receive SMS messages. You are responsible for maintaining your device and notifying us of any phone number changes that may affect service delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blissful Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the SMS service, including message delivery failures or carrier issues.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed $100 or the total amounts paid by you in the previous 12 months, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blissful Media and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the SMS service; or (c) your infringement of any third-party rights.

Your mobile carrier may impose additional terms and conditions. By using our SMS service, you acknowledge that your carrier's terms apply and that carriers bear no responsibility for this program.

Our SMS program complies with applicable laws and regulations, including:

• Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
• CAN-SPAM Act
• CTIA Messaging Guidelines
• FCC Regulations
• Applicable state telecommunications laws

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through the following process:

• Step 1 — Negotiation: Direct negotiation between parties
• Step 2 — Mediation: Non-binding mediation
• Step 3 — Arbitration: Binding arbitration

By accepting these Terms, you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits related to the SMS service.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blissful Media regarding the SMS service and supersede all prior understandings.

Assignment: Blissful Media may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
